In this Article Sciphy is providing NCERT Solution of Dual Nature of Matter & Radiation. As you know Importance Of NCERT so you should Solve each & Every Question Of NCERT.
How to Solve NCERT Questions or Other Numericals?
Firstly Read Statement of Question at least 2 Times & then try to understand what you have to find out from question & what values are given to you & How you can find out after that think about formula which you can apply here & Try to solve question your self & after solving check your answer if answer is correct that’s okey if not then check NCERT solution of Dual Nature of Matter & Radiation Provided by sciphy.
Avoid these Mistakes👇
• Never Use Calculator because at the present Moment it will save your time & During exam you will get only 3 hrs to solve paper at that time you will realise that your calculations is taking lots of time because in past you have used calculator & that will create Problem in future due to lack of practice.
PDF Of NCERT Solution Dual Nature Of Matter & Radiation
• If any data is given in another system of unit other than S. I so underline that data because if you will not change that digit in S. I so corre t Answer will not Come. In exams be carefull & underline the data which you want to change.
Lack Of Practice -Generally we don’t solve Numericals we focus only on derivations but it will affect your score in Exam. Numericals are Equally Important.

About Chapter Dual Nature Of Matter & Radiation👇
This Chapter is Devided into 2 Parts. First Part is Particle Nature of Radiation & 2nd part is Wave Nature of Matter. In Particle Nature of Matter you will study Photoelectric effect. Photoelectric Effect is ejection of electrons when light of suitable frequency falls on metal Surface.
Threshold Frequency– Minimum Frequency which is Capable for Ejection of electrons.
Work Function– Minimum Amount of Energy Required for ejection of electrons.
Stopping Potential- Minimum Retarding Potential which is capable to stop Photoelectrons.
Helpfull Conversion for this Chapter
1 eV = 1.6 × 10 -19 J
1eV is Amount of work done to move an electron through a potential Difference of 1 Volt. It is unit of Energy.
In Wave Nature Of Matter
Debroglie gave a bold Hypothesis that Matter should posses dual Nature. He gave this Hypothesis because
• Whole energy in this Universe is in the form of Matter & Electromagnetic Radiation. Nature Loves Symmetry as radiation has got dual nature matter should also possess dual nature.
